CMY Mix Mode

The Fuze SFX uses wheels for its CMY Colour mixing. In addition to them being very accurate, it allows the CMY mixing to be very fast.
It also means the wheels can offer more creativity with split colours (so for example half Cyan / half White), but also the wheels can be scrolled in both directions at very slow or lightning fast speeds!
To allow this creativity, the CMY offers two modes to let you choose your favourite way to work with CMY.
Within the DMX protocol (channel 11) you can select 'Full'or 'SFX'
Then, within the particular DMX channel for the wheel (Cyan is 5, Magenta is 7, Yellow is 9) you can see how they behave -
Full mode will allow each CMY wheel to act in the standard way, so 0% open white to full Magenta at 100% for example.
SFX mode will allow the same fades as full mode, but in addition allows the particular wheel to be split with open white (100% Yellow / open White). It also offers scrolling (clockwise and anticlockwise) and with full speed control of those directions too.
See the Fuze SFX manual for the full DMX protocol and have fun experimenting!
