Quick Help!
Power the EWDMXII IP and connect the Controller (DMX source) to the EWDMXII IP’s DMX input. Check if the unit is in TX mode. When not, power off the unit, push and hold the function button, reconnect power and after it’s on, release the function button. It should have switched from RX to TX. Make sure the receiving EWDMXII IP is in RX mode. If not, use the same procedure as for the transmitter to change from TX to RX. Check with the RX if the Link LED is ON. If it flashes, it’s already linked to a TX. To connect the RX to the TX, Press and hold the Function Button on the TX for less than 3 seconds. The LED will rapidly flash Red/Green for 5-10 seconds. After this, the LED on the TX will turn solid and on the RX, it will flash slowly.
