Quick Help!
Use the DTW Bar 1000 in one of the following DMX Channel Modes to be able to use the Dim To Warm option: 1, 2, 12, 15, 20, 45 Channels. In some channel modes (15, 20, 45), it’s even possible to use both Dim To Warm or create your own color temperature with the individual Cool White, Warm White and Amber colors. The DTW Bar 1000 calculates the Dim To Warm itself, you just have to dim the channel. We do recommend to use a dimming curve of your choice with the Dim to Warm channels!

Want to achieve the same nice afterglow a conventional blinder or halogen strip light has... in LED? It’s possible with any Elation DTW (Dim To Warm) fixture! We even made some improvements, which will be very useful, especially for theater and broadcast use.
The DTW Bar 1000 has got a couple of different channel modes to set for its DMX control. Every mode has got its own characteristics. It’s possible to control the LEDs individually as Cool White, Warm White and Amber, to mix your own desired color temperature. The other option is to control them in DTW Mode, which means at 100% the LEDs will have a color temperature of 3200K and at 1% the LEDs will have a color temperature of 1800K. When dimming, the DTW Bar 1000 automatically calculates the DTW dimming from 3200K to 1800K.
